Online Help
The samples on this page are just a few of the help systems I have worked on, using tools such as RoboHelp, Microsoft HTML Help, Homesite, Dreamweaver, and Doxygen.
FaceTOOLS® Software Developers Kit
FaceTOOLS SDK was an extensive programmer's reference for Viisage's face recognition software. As sole writer and designer for 100+ topics, my challenge was to draw materials from multiple sources (including automated output from C++ and Visual Basic source code) to produce multiple books and online help modules.

Viisage featured the FaceTOOLS SDK documentation on their web page. |
Centra Conference
A lightweight online help designed for fast downloading and created in Homesite, Conference Online Help received an STC Award of Merit at the 1999 Electronic Documentation Competition.

Unyte for Skype
WebDialog's desktop sharing plug-in for Skype, Unyte is peer-to-peer internet calling and chat software. A challenge in this project was to fit the help page into a small window—only 600 pixels wide.
