WebDialogs
Developed online help for web conferencing products including Unyte for Skype and Meeting Central. Developed help for Event Central, an application for scheduling meetings, and for Brand Manager, an administrative portal used by partners to customize the interface. Submitted finished work in ASP, XML, and HTML formats.
hawkeye
Assisted the marketing communication company by writing technical materials for a leading laboratory instrument manufacturer. Projects included a white paper on laboratory compliance and copy for a brochure on analytical testing for food safety.
Smith & Nephew
Using QuarkXPress, extensively revised an Operations and Service Manual and other documentation for a high definition video camera system used in endoscopic surgery.
Grady Research, Inc.
Currently completing a 100+ page Installation and Service Manual for the Mesa CV™ Special Procedures Table for fluoroscopic imaging.
Viisage
Wrote user manuals for the Viisage PROOF™ document authentication system and developed proposals for new business in digital driver license
systems.
